The objective of this paper is to clarify the relationship between ICT application and labor productivity in Vietnamese manufacturing firms and connect it with the context of economic restructuring in Vietnam. The study uses data of 3,428 manufacturing firms from the General Statistics Office of Vietnam and regression models. In addition to the general model, the study also runs the models for sub-samples of firms of different production technology levels. Research results show two main points. First, information technology can enhance the labor productivity of Vietnamese manufacturing firms. This is true for both ICT hardware applications, ICT services, ICT software solutions, and employees' ICT skills in firms. Second, manufacturing firms with higher levels of production technology use ICT more effectively and achieve a higher impact on labor productivity. The results confirm that the Vietnamese government can stimulate ICT application and digital transformation in firms, thereby increasing labor productivity and promoting economic restructuring in the direction of shifting from agriculture to industry and from low-tech industries to high-tech ones. The results also provide implications for business managers and policymakers in other developing countries who are adopting the digital economy as a development strategy.

Vietnam is the country with the largest animal feed production in Southeast Asia. Domestic animal feed manufacturing enterprises play an important role in animal husbandry in particular and in agriculture in general. However, domestic animal feed enterprises in Vietnam are encountering shortcomings. This paper is conducted to investigate the impact levels of external determinants on business performance of domestic animal feed manufacturing enterprises, including: (i) policy and economic mechanism, (ii) supply-demand of animal feed products, and (iii) nature and level of market competition. We presented a research method, explaining the dependent variable 'business performance' and the independent variables. Data were collected from 120 questionnaires from domestic animal feed manufacturing enterprises. Based on these data, we use Cronbach's Alpha, EFA and run regression model for assessing the impact levels of each independent variable on the dependent variable of business performance of domestic animal feed manufacturing enterprises. The results show that three external determinants including (i) policy and economic mechanism, (ii) supply-demand of animal feed products, and (iii) nature and level of market competition, have positive relationships with business performance. Based on the findings, some recommendations are given for improving business performance of domestic animal feed manufacturing enterprises to ensure sustainability.
This paper investigates the liquidity of pharmaceutical firms Listed in the Hanoi Stock Exchange (HNX) by using table data for the period 2015-2019. Four observedvariables were formulated including: (i) Cash Ratio (CR), (ii) Quick Ratio (QR), Current Ratio (CCR) and Interest Coverage Ratio (ICR). The findings conclude that have significantly different in the liquidity of pharmaceutical firms Listed in the HNX, in the long and shortrun. The implication of our results shows that the liquidity of pharmaceutical firms were interested by objects, including business administrators, creditor and other objects to have the necessary rationale for making a decision.

Bài báo phân tích các yếu tố ảnh hưởng tới sự phát triển của tiền di động tại các thị trường dựa trên kinh nghiệm triển khai tiền di động tại nhiều quốc gia đang phát triển trên thế giới. Áp vào trường hợp của Việt Nam, có thể thấy Việt Nam đang có các điều kiện về thị trường và xã hội tốt để phát triển tiền di động. Bài báo cũng đề xuất hướng chính sách cũng như kinh nghiệm phát triển ở phía doanh nghiệp triển khai để dịch vụ tiền di động có thể thực sự phát triển được tại Việt Nam.
